• Welcome drink with small delicacies
• A varied breakfast buffet (from 7:30 to 11:00 am) that is every foodie’s dream: In the morning, you can start your day by fueling up at our buffet full of specialties from the local butcher shop, fresh juices and centrifuges, homemade breads, teas, egg dishes prepared on sight, prosecco and much more.
• Daily ‘breakfast surprises’ with themes such as: “South Tyrolean delights”, “sparkling wine and salmon”, “Bella Italia”, “healthy and fit”, “sweet temptation”, “Sunday brunch” and “exotic fruit treats”
• Light lunch (12.30 pm to 2 pm) will delight your palate with hot dishes of the day with show cooking , soups, cold cuts and homemade bread, or cold dishes, fresh salads and much more
• Afternoon buffet (2 pm to 4 pm) is dedicated to sweet temptations: the ideal opportunity to taste delicious cakes and strudel made by our pastry chefs.
• Dinner: To cap off the evening, we will tantalize you with a 5-7 course gourmet dinner prepared with regional and seasonal ingredients, fresh salads  and a selection of cold appetizers.
• Enjoy a fine glass of wine with your dinner and have our experienced sommelier advise you
• Culinary-themed highlights: Italian evening, Tyrolean evening
• A generous selection of vegetarian dishes and healthy “Vitalkost”
• Upon request we can also create special menus for sufferers of allergies or food intolerances. Your well-being is our highest priority: just let us know in advance and we will whip up something delicious and compatible with your needs.  
• A personal table will be reserved for you for the entirety of your stay
• Tasting at the ‘Hofkäserei Hinterproslhof’ cheese dairy in Reinswald
• Speck tasting at the Stofnerhof in Sarentino
