Prevention Measures
  • Employees: All employees undergo the rapid coronavirus test on a weekly basis and receive ongoing training on the measures taken. In addition, their body temperature is measured regularly. Please observe our safety protocol in order to protect your health and that of all employees. 
  • Online check-in: fewer lines, fewer gatherings, more vacation time! You can register your personal data through the link we send you before arrival. At check-in, you simply have to collect your magnetic key card to enter your room!
  • Breakfast by Kircher: you can access our buffet only with a disposable mask and after disinfecting your hands. In addition, we will reserve a table for you for the duration of your stay. We also offer the possibility of room service for breakfast (12€ pro Room); you will find the breakfast menu directly in your room.
  • For Hotel Guests Only: to protect the safety of our guests and to allow a carefree stay, access to the property is only granted upon reservation and is not allowed to outsiders.
  • Room & Suite Set-Up: thanks to careful sanitation by means of a professional machine, you will find everything down to the smallest detail furnished in your room as always. Enjoy your holiday without sacrificing anything!
  • Wellness: we are pleased to announce that the indoor/outdoor swimming pools as well as the wellness area will remain open; the area will only be accessible if in possession of a Green Pass.
  • All you need is winter: Mountain air is the best prevention; the pristine nature of Val Sarentino offers wide open spaces-- you can feel yourself growing stronger while walking to discover the treasures of the area.

Cancellation policy

To help meet your needs during the planning of your holiday, we have made our cancellation policy more flexible.

  • If you are unable to start your holiday due to Covid 19 (risk area, entry or exit ban, quarantine obligation in your country after a trip to Italy, infection in your own household), you can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
  • The refund of the deposit will be equal to 30% of the total amount (an administration fee of € 25 will be withheld).
  • From 7 to 2 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total amount.
  • From 2 to 0 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount.
Use of gloves and disinfectant gel

We ask our guests to use a mask in the internal and external common areas. As a precaution, the same 1 m is required for the restaurant tables and chairs. In addition, hand sanitizer gel dispensers are present throughout the hotel.

Regulations in South Tyrol
  • An interpersonal safety distance of 1 m must always be kept outdoors, in common areas and in all closed places and a FFP2 mask must be worn at all times.
  • In all cases where there are potential gatherings, when there is a concrete possibility of meeting or mingling with other people without being able to maintain the social distance of 1 m (for example in pedestrian areas, on sidewalks, etc.) it is obligatory for everyone to use respiratory protection. In addition, it is compulsory to wear FFP2 masks on public transport and in shops from the age of 12. Regulations in Italy

The Green Pass is mandatory to enter Italy. Vaccinated or recovered persons do not have to show a negative test result at entry, but it will be sufficient to show the Green Pass.


The COVID-19 Certification is automatically generated and made available free of charge in the following cases:


1. being vaccinated, a new certification is issued with each dose of vaccine. As of December 15, 2021, the validity of the COVID-19 Certificate from vaccination or recovery after a dose of vaccine will change from 12 months to 9 months.
2. be negative on a molecular swab within the past 72 hours or rapid antigen swab within the previous 48 hours;
3. be cured of COVID-19 within the previous six months.


Before entering Italy, you must complete this digital registration form and bring proof of registration with you.

Check-in at the hotel: 
You must show a Super Green Pass (from vaccination or recovery) when checking into the hotel. Inside, the same Pass will be required for access to restaurants, pools, gyms, spas and locker rooms (mandatory for persons from 12 years and older). 


Access to restaurants, bars, events and ski slopes: 
- As of December 06, 2021, the Super Green Pass will be mandatory for most activities. This is issued to people who have been vaccinated or have recovered, a negative swab is not sufficient.
- The Super Green Pass will be required for access to shows, sporting events, indoor dining, parties and nightclubs, and public ceremonies.
- For lifts in ski areas, the Super Green Pass is also required.
